  • Applicants are required to submit their Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN). If the applicant is operating as a sole proprietor with no employees, then they can also provide an SSN number (Social Security Number). 

Operating Location: 

  • A business/operating location is not initially required during the license application submission. You must determine the operating location if provisionally approved, before your final license is issued. 

True Parties of Interest: 

  • You must provide the names and contact information of all True Parties of Interest. A True Party of Interest is someone with a significant interest or influence in the business. 

Information Required: 

  • Submit ownership, management, and financial information, including organizational structure/charts, capitalization tables, and sources of capital (proposed or existing). 

Application Fee: 

  • Payment of a non-refundable Application Fee is required to process your application.

  8. The applicant either possesses or has a plan to access sufficient land, buildings, and equipment for the intended activities or qualifies as a social and economic justice applicant. 
  9. The applicant has an income below 80% of the median income of his county (where he/she resides).  
  10. The applicant, along with the cannabis establishment’s leadership, is well-prepared, willing, and capable of executing the requested license activities.
